The KRESK 4 OCEANS Fund is mobilizing with the PURE OCEAN Fund for the 5th international call for projects whose objective is to support innovative scientific solutions to fight against plastic pollution. The selected projects will be known in March 2024.

KRESK OCEANS is proud to be associated with the launch of Les Voiles Bleues: an environmental initiative on the fringe of Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez to raise awareness, federate and act in favor of the Ocean.

A series of exhibitions to make the general public aware of the challenges of protecting the ocean.

An educational program created in partnership with the Fondation de la Mer and the French Ministry of Education to introduce students in cycles 2 and 3 (CP-6ème) to the challenges of protecting the ocean by following François Gabart and Tom Laperche throughout the year and particularly during the Jules Verne Trophy.

An expedition to the Mediterranean coastline to assess the pollution of the seabed and to report on the most effective pollution control systems.

A 3-year program, in partnership with the ''Fondation de la Mer'', which aims to develop local channels for the recovery of plastic waste to transform it into sustainable goods

POC has been working since 2014 for a better understanding and consideration by policy makers and the general public of the scientific messages on the interactions between ocean, climate and biodiversity, with the objective of integrating the Ocean into the climate regime.

A scientific expedition to understand the impact of plastic pollution on marine biodiversity.An unprecedented 3-year program launched by KRESK 4 OCEANS and an unprecedented scientific protocol led by Expedition Septième Continent and CNRS. The originality of this project is based on a multidisciplinary study carried out in a natural environment.

L'EXPLORATION BLEUE

Program to recover and recycle waste collected at sea in collaboration with the fishing industry in France. It promotes the local circular economy throught an effective national system for managing marine waste and maintaining its traceability.

REPÊCHONS LES OCÉANS/ PORT DE CONCARNEAU

Foundation under the aegis of the United Nations whose mission is to bring together and popularise all international ocean science to make it accessible to politicians so that they can take decisions.

IPOS will be officially launched at the United Nations Conference in Nice in June 2025.

Les Apprentis Explorateurs is an educational initiative aimed at involving young people in researching and implementing concrete solutions to reduce or even stop our use of plastic.

KRESK 4 OCEANS supports this programme, which is directly in line with the mission it has set itself: a clean ocean.

On board the Plastic Odyssey there are Treasure Trunks in which the expedition team gathers solutions as it travels around the world. The Trunk of Treasures contains objects, ideas and testimonies from the four corners of the world to prevent plastic from ending up in the ocean.
